#HwaiUSR office held a trip on 9/19 &20 #OneNightInDongShan, escape from the concrete jungle and micro filming trip
Gathered the foreign students of 5 different nations from 4 different universities: #NCKU #NKUST #STUST and #Hwai to participate the trip and explore the country side of Tainan together
First we started with the Simulation Classroom in the Department of Nursing Department of Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology 
The students got more ideas about either medical or technology side of the whole clinic or hospital by a simple tour of the simulation of actual workplace and tried the complete teaching aids and teaching materials from our school
the second stop is #FamilyofFruitsFarmer in #Nanxi 
We’ve learnt about the local fruit farming development in Mizhi Community of Nanxi
They’re not only to commit to develop environmentally friendly planting methods, but more importantly, try to achieve sustainable management in symbiosis with the environment
The place we stay was #SiangYangBnB 
Experienced how the locals in outskirts areas run a family business that not only brings the young people of their family back also attracts more tours to come
It was another way of experiencing the culture of Taiwan by the kindness we got from rhe B&B owner
On the next day is our highlight: secret of award winning bread- Longan
Visited the good partner of Hwai USR project - #FFVA 
In order to find out the key factors of Wu Baochun's award winning bread — dried longan and its origin
We had a tour to historic earthen kiln where the dried longan is baked and the learned how to peeling of dried longan
 The last stop before we end of this journey was #DongShanOldStreet
All the way from Bixuan Temple, the center of the community, through the Japanese-style buildings which are still upright in the town after earthquake, to the rice milling factory that was renovated just two years ago.
The propose of educational tour to visit our partner organizations in outskirts area is not limited to the projects we’re working on, it includes seeing the way people leading their lives, feeling the atmosphere of places or interacting with people you met and wish one day it would turn out to some thoughts that carry out the University/ personal Social responsibility back to everyone’s home town
